SUMMER IN ARANDAS
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 part Mijenta Blanco Tequila
4 watermelon cubes (size 1 1/2 inch by 1 1/2 inch)
1/2 part elderflower liqueur
1/4 part elderflower syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Muddle the watermelon, add the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously with plenty of ice. Double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with a salted watermelon cube.

.5 part Elderflower liqueur
.25 part simple syrup

INGREDIENTS
2 parts Mijenta Blanco Tequila
1/2 part Piloncillo Syrup
2 dashes of Chocolate Mole bitters
INSTRUCTIONS
Stir all ingredients with plenty of ice until very cold, strain into a rocks glass with an ice sphere placed in the center. Garnish with cinnamon and an orange peel.
